This allows a battery-powered speaker to run for about 6.5 hours or a projector for about 2 hours, without a generator and without engine noise.

How long the battery lasts

Capacity in watt-hours divided by power consumption in watts equals runtime in hours. Because the inverter converts some of the energy, about 653 of the 768 watt-hours actually reach your devices.

Where the limit lies

1,200 watts of continuous power covers most things you'll need at a party. It is not intended for devices with heating elements: radiant heaters, electric kettles, and coffee machines draw more power continuously and will drain the battery in minutes. One small fog machine will run, but two at the same time will not. Short power surges of up to 1,600 watts are handled by the inverter's reserve.
