What happens after booking?

Der Klick auf „Buchen“ ist bei uns nicht das Ende, sondern der Anfang. Hier siehst du, was zwischen Bestätigung und Rückgabe wirklich passiert, damit du nichts davon zum ersten Mal am Eventtag erlebst.

Häufige Fragen ansehen

Sofort: Bestätigung per Mail

Abholadresse oder Lieferzeitfenster, Name und Nummer deines Ansprechpartners, deine Rechnung und die passenden Video-Tutorials zu jedem Gerät.

Vor dem Event: offene Fragen klären

Unsicher wegen Stromanschluss, Raumgröße oder Aufbauzeit? Ruf einfach an oder schreib per WhatsApp. Wir sind täglich von 8-22 Uhr erreichbar, auch am Wochenende.

Am Eventtag: Übergabe oder Lieferung

Bei Selbstabholung bekommst du auf Wunsch eine kurze Einweisung. Bei gebuchter Lieferung baut dein Partner alles auf, macht den Soundcheck und zeigt dir die drei Knöpfe, die du wirklich brauchst.

Während des Events: erreichbar bleiben

Sollte etwas unklar sein, erreichst du uns bis 22 Uhr. Wer die Eventbetreuung gebucht hat, hat ohnehin einen Techniker vor Ort.

Danach: Rückgabe ohne Diskussion

Du bringst die Technik zurück oder sie wird bei dir abgeholt. Keine Kaution, die freigegeben werden muss. Für unvorhergesehene Schäden greift die inkludierte Versicherung.

Self-pickup or delivery with setup

Self-pickup

You pick up the equipment from the location in your city and set it up yourself. Everything is prepared for plug-and-play, and there is a video tutorial for every device.

Delivery and pickup

We bring the equipment to your venue and pick it up again after the event. You can handle the connection and setup yourself; every device is prepared for it.

Setup and teardown

We set up the equipment on-site, handle the cabling, configure the sound and lighting, and dismantle everything after the event. You receive a fully configured system ready to go.

Event support

A technician stays on-site during the event, responds to changes in the schedule, and handles the teardown afterward. The safest option for speeches and presentations.
