The warehouse is located at Welkersdorfer Weg in Wülferode in the southeast. Pick-up and return take place at your booked time, including on Sundays and public holidays. During handover, the team will explain every device to you. Roughly eight out of ten customers collect their equipment themselves; a standard car is usually sufficient for transport.
Tom is your contact person at this location. He puts together audio equipment, such as sound systems and mixing consoles, for conferences just as he does for parties. He is as familiar with the acoustics of large halls as he is with the requirements for an outdoor celebration. For larger events, he uses his experience to help with the planning. He tests every device before it is handed out.
When it comes to advice, his expertise is particularly helpful in determining which system is sufficient for a specific room. Our most frequently booked items are the Medium sound package and wireless microphones. You can reach Tom and his team daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. via phone or WhatsApp.

Delivery, setup, dismantling, and on-site support can be booked individually as services. We charge €59 per started hour of work, with one hour included in the booking price. With on-site support, a member of our team stays with the equipment throughout the entire event. Collection after delivery is included.

We deliver to every district, from Mitte and List to Linden or the Südstadt. Around the city, we serve Langenhagen, Laatzen, and Garbsen. To the west, this includes Seelze, and to the east, Lehrte. The rest of the Hannover region is also part of our delivery area. Because travel time counts as working time, we will coordinate longer distances with you in advance.
We supply companies with sound and video equipment for offices, company premises, or seminar rooms. We schedule the timing so that everything is set up before you begin. As a full-service provider, our team handles the setup and remains on-site during the event. Our focus is on renting out event technology; program planning remains with you.
Occasion: Corporate event, rental start on a Thursday in July
Equipment: Public viewing package with projector, tripod screen and SOUNDBOKS, power strip, 25-meter cable reel
Delivery and setup were booked for two rental days. Tom's team brought the equipment to the venue and set up the projector, screen, and speaker. After the two rental days, the team collected everything again.
Beyond the time included in the price, four additional service hours were incurred. These were invoiced after the event, as with every booking, per started hour of work.
Note: Complex setups often require more than the included hour, so please coordinate the scope with Tom in advance.
Occasion: Corporate event, rental start on a Friday in August
Equipment: Medium sound package with two HK Audio Polar 12s, mixing console, wireless microphone
Delivery was booked, and the rental period was just a few hours. Tom brought the set at the agreed time, and collection was included in the delivery. Setup was not booked; the system is prepared so that it runs as soon as it is plugged in.
The mixer allows you to control the wireless microphone and music separately.
Pro tip: If you are combining speeches and music, book a mixer so that the voice remains clear over the music.
A conference at a convention center has different requirements than a wedding in a baroque garden or a party in a backyard. Which event technology is right for your event in Hanover depends on the venue, the program, and your budget. Tom will discuss with you in advance what equipment is already available on-site.
Conference at the HCC
In the seminar rooms of the HCC at the Stadtpark, it is essential that every word is heard clearly. The venue has its own equipment, so we only provide what is missing. If your laptop is far from the projector, a fiber-optic HDMI cable can bridge up to 50 meters. Like the wireless presenter, this is part of our conference technology.
Wedding in the Herrenhausen Gardens
The Herrenhausen Gallery provides a baroque setting for weddings. For speeches and dancing, our sound systems with slim columns are ideal; the Medium sound package is sufficient for up to 160 guests. For the first dance, a low-lying fog machine creates a mist just above the floor, provided the venue allows it. Upon request, the photo booth can print names and the date on every photo.
Company party at the palace
The ballroom at Herrenhausen Palace is perfect for celebrations with a DJ or band, and can accommodate up to 240 guests for a banquet. The Stairville BossFX-2 Pro light bar with four effects adds movement to the room, while LED spotlights color the walls. A little fog makes the beams visible, provided the palace permits it.
Public viewing in the garden
In a garden or courtyard, battery-powered technology is a great help. The public viewing package combines a projector with a screen and a SOUNDBOKS; the image is best viewed from dusk onwards. A power station provides energy for the lights and laptop. Please note that events in public spaces like the Maschpark usually require a permit.
