The warehouse is located at Nagelsweg in Hammerbrook, close to the city center and HafenCity. Pick-up and return times can be scheduled for any day at the time you select during booking. During handover, the team will explain how to use each device; for most bookings, a standard car is sufficient for transport.
Yannick is your contact person in Hamburg. Together with his team, he manages rentals at the Nagelsweg location, delivers event technology, and handles on-site setup. The team inspects every piece of equipment before it is handed out.
His experience comes from supplying equipment for corporate events and private parties. He specializes in advising on sound and presentation technology, such as determining how many microphones a podium needs or which projector is best suited for a specific room. About four out of every ten bookings at the Nagelsweg location are made by companies and organizations. You can contact Yannick daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. via phone or WhatsApp, including on the day of your event.

You can book all services individually: delivery, setup, teardown, or on-site support during the event. Every started hour of work costs €59, with one hour included in the booking price. Collection is included, and self-pickup at Nagelsweg is free.

We deliver everywhere in the city, from Altona to Bergedorf and from Winterhude to Harburg. We also serve HafenCity, St. Pauli, Eimsbüttel, and Wandsbek. In the surrounding area, we deliver to Norderstedt, Pinneberg, and Reinbek. We deliver to more distant locations by arrangement, as travel time counts as working time. We will clarify access, loading zones, and venue requirements before delivery.
Companies receive their equipment at the office, on company premises, or in the seminar room. For presentations, training sessions, and conferences, we schedule delivery so that everything is ready before the first guest arrives. We are not an event agency, but a rental service for event technology in Hamburg. On-site support during the event is available as an additional service.

Delivery and setup were booked, and collection was included. Yannick brought the system to the booth in September and set it up. The rental period was one day.
Afterward, the team picked everything up directly from the booth. This meant the company didn't have to worry about any transport.

Yannick delivered the XDJ-AZ along with the large sound system, laid the cables, and set everything up. The process, including coordination and setup, went smoothly.
On-site, the DJ's USB stick could not be read because it was formatted incorrectly. Yannick and a colleague from the office provided phone support until the music was playing.

At a conference, such as in the halls of Kampnagel in Winterhude, every speech must be clearly audible. The sound equipment for this includes wireless microphones for the lectern and the audience, along with a small mixing console. For presentations, projectors, 120-inch screens, and presenters are part of the conference technology. The projector requires a darkened room; it is not designed for full daylight.
Weddings
At a farm in the Vierlande region, a wedding first needs clear sound for speeches and later, bass for dancing. Sound systems with column speakers can handle both, and a wireless microphone can be provided for the best man and maid of honor. For the guests, there is a photo booth with instant printing and an online gallery.
Corporate events and parties
In large rooms like the Fish Auction Hall in Altona, the sound system requires a PA system with a subwoofer.
