The Stuttgart warehouse is located on Mörikestraße in Heslach, in the South district. You can pick up your equipment at the booked time, any day of the week, including public holidays. During the handover, the team will explain each device to you. About four out of five bookings are picked up by the customer, which usually fits in a standard car.
Frederic is your contact person in Stuttgart and is a musician himself, so he knows the local scene from both sides. His expertise is particularly helpful when there is a lot of speaking, such as at a panel discussion. Upon request, he can supervise your event on-site and adjust the sound live.
During the consultation, Frederic helps with the planning and selection of audio equipment. He remains your dedicated contact until the equipment is dismantled after the event. The most frequently booked items here are the Medium sound package and wireless microphones. The team can be reached daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. via phone or WhatsApp.

Delivery, setup, dismantling, and on-site support are available as add-on services. Billing is based on labor time at €59 per hour or part thereof, with one hour included in the booking price. With on-site support, you have a team member in the room during your event. Collection after delivery is included.

Our team delivers to every district in the state capital of Baden-Württemberg. From Heslach, it is a short trip to Degerloch or the city center, while Bad Cannstatt, Feuerbach, and Zuffenhausen are a bit further out. Stuttgart and the surrounding area are part of our delivery zone, from Ludwigsburg in the north to Böblingen in the southwest. We also deliver to Esslingen, Fellbach, Sindelfingen, and Waiblingen. Because travel time counts as working time, we will plan longer routes with you in advance.

Frederic's team brought the equipment to Esslingen and set it up on-site. The rental period was one day. The Medium sound package is designed for up to 160 people. Multiple sources, such as a microphone and a laptop, can be connected to the small mixer.

The Kursaal in the Bad Cannstatt district of Stuttgart offers halls for conferences and seminars. Wireless microphones can be passed around the rows. For events with multiple speakers, a small mixing console manages each voice individually, ensuring every comment is heard clearly. Slides are displayed via a projector and screen, and additional conference technology such as a presenter remote is available for your presentation.
Wedding at the Marmorsaal
The Marmorsaal in Weißenburgpark is located in the same district as our warehouse (Stuttgart-Süd) and is a popular choice for weddings and concerts. Among our sound systems, the Medium sound package with two column speakers is the most booked at this location, sufficient for up to 160 guests. For the first dance, a low-lying fog machine is available in our warehouse. Many venues have fire safety regulations, so please check in advance if fog is permitted. The photo booth can also be customized with your own layout, such as names and a date.
Corporate party with a DJ
For DJs, we offer DJ equipment consisting of a set of two Pioneer CDJ 3000s with a DJM A9 mixer. Lighting technology like the Stairville BossFX-2 Pro—a light bar with four effects—adds energy to the room. A fog machine makes the beams visible. If you don't have your own technical staff, you can book our support services.
Open-air in the park
Open-air events in the park usually lack a power supply, so battery-powered solutions should be part of your early planning. Our outdoor package bundles two SOUNDBOKS speakers on stands, while a power station provides electricity for lighting. Events in public spaces like the Höhenpark Killesberg usually require a permit. In residential areas, music should be turned down after 10 p.m.
