For parties, corporate events, and clubs, you can book event technology in Frankfurt online at Renty. Pickup at Mainzer Landstraße 352 in the Gallus district is free of charge, available daily at your chosen time. Upon request, Tobias can also provide delivery and setup, including in the Rhine-Main area.
Everything from wireless microphones to presentation packages is available in this list at our Gallus location. A rental day is 24 hours from pickup, and each additional day costs 15% of the base price.

The warehouse is located on Mainzer Landstraße in the Gallus district. Pick-up and return are possible every day at the booked time, including Sundays and public holidays. During handover, the team will explain every piece of equipment to you. About eight out of ten customers pick up the equipment themselves; the event gear usually fits in a standard car.
Tobias manages the rentals in Gallus and is your dedicated contact person. His experience with Frankfurt venues comes from his own setups, ranging from outdoor summer parties to presentations across multiple rooms. He checks every device before it is issued.
When advising on sound, lighting, and video technology, it is usually about finding the right size. If a smaller set is sufficient for the room and number of guests, Tobias will tell you so openly. The most frequently booked items are sound packages, presentation technology, and wireless microphones. You can reach the team daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. by phone or WhatsApp, even on the day of your event.

Services such as delivery, setup, dismantling, or on-site support can be booked individually. Each started hour of work costs €59, with one hour already included in the booking price. With on-site support, a team member stays with the equipment, providing peace of mind during speeches and program changes.
From the second day of rental onwards, 15% of the base price is added per day; the price overview shows examples.
We deliver throughout the city, from Bockenheim and the Westend to Sachsenhausen, Bornheim, or Höchst. In the surrounding area, we deliver to Offenbach and Neu-Isenburg, as well as Bad Homburg or Oberursel. Hanau is also included, as are other locations in the Rhine-Main region. Travel time counts as working time, so we will coordinate longer distances with you in advance.
For companies and corporate events, we bring the technical equipment to your office, company premises, or seminar room. For trade fair appearances at Messe Frankfurt, delivery is based on the fixed setup times. With on-site support, this becomes a full-service technical solution. You plan the program yourself, as we are an event rental company in Frankfurt, not an event agency.
Occasion: Open-air summer party

Delivery and setup were booked. Tobias visited the site beforehand. He clarified access with the client. Because the event was taking place outdoors, he packed plenty of cables and cable bridges.
On-site, he positioned the speakers so that the entire area was covered with clear sound, without any cable clutter. Every word was clearly audible during the speeches.

Occasion: Corporate presentation across multiple rooms
Equipment: existing screens, HDMI splitter, cables
The request came in one day before the event. Screens were already set up in several rooms, and all of them needed to display the same image from the speaker's laptop. Tobias designed the connection, calculated the cable lengths, and connected the monitors using an HDMI splitter.
This meant no one had to stand by the individual screens, and the presentation ran in all rooms simultaneously. The solution was up and running in just a few hours.
Pro tip: Measure the distance from the laptop to the screens before booking so that the splitter and cables will fit.
A conference room in the banking district has different requirements than a terrace by the Main river. The right event technology depends on the room size, acoustics, and the type of event. When renting in Gallus, you can discuss the planning in advance with Tobias. For deliveries, he also coordinates power, access, and setup times with the venue.
Conferences and presentations
For conferences and seminars, venues like the Saalbau Gallus offer their own halls. To ensure every presentation is heard clearly throughout the room, two Sennheiser wireless microphones and a small mixing console are often sufficient. For slides, projectors, screens, and presenters are part of the conference technology, though a large TV is clearer if there is a lot of daylight.
Wedding or gala at the Palmengarten
At the Gesellschaftshaus Palmengarten, the equipment needs to adapt throughout the evening. Initially, speeches must be clearly audible, while later on, the dance floor requires more bass. Column speakers with a subwoofer can handle both. Warm lighting on the walls is provided by battery-powered spots from our lighting technology range. For guests, we offer a photo booth with an online gallery, and instant printing is available upon request.
Company party in Sachsenhausen
Company parties often take place at venues like the Depot 1899 in Sachsenhausen. After the formal part of the event, the dance floor requires a PA system with a subwoofer, and DJ equipment is available for the music. Later in the evening, moving heads bring movement to the room. This range is not intended for large-scale events, but it is perfect for parties of up to about 500 guests.
Parties without a power outlet
Outdoors, power is often missing exactly where the music needs to be. Party speakers like the SOUNDBOKS 4 run on batteries, and spare batteries are available for long evenings. A power station can supply energy for LED lighting and a mixing console. In residential areas, music should be turned down after 10 p.m. On the banks of the Main or in Ostpark, a party with a sound system usually requires a permit.
