For parties, companies, and clubs, event technology is available in Salzburg at Renty in Anif, just south of the city limits. Pickup and return are free of charge, at any time of your choosing. Pascal can also provide delivery and setup upon request, including in the Flachgau region.
The presentation package and medium sound package are our most popular products, available for pickup in Anif along with everything else on this list. A rental day is 24 hours from pickup, and each additional day costs 15% of the base price.

The warehouse is located on Gaisbergweg in Anif, just under six kilometers south of Residenzplatz. You can pick up and return equipment daily at your booked time, including Sundays. During handover, the team will explain every device to you; usually, everything fits in a car. About eight out of ten customers choose self-pickup.
Pascal is your contact person at the location and organizes events himself. That is why he knows the requirements of an event venue, from access routes to setup times. Before a device leaves the warehouse, he checks it for faults. When providing advice, he will recommend the smaller option if it is sufficient for the room and the number of guests.
A good third of our bookings come from companies and associations. Pascal and his team can be reached daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. by phone or WhatsApp.

Delivery, setup, and on-site support are individual services that you can combine as needed. Each started hour of work costs €59, with one hour already included in the booking price. If you would like an event technician to be present during your party, you can simply add this service. Additional hours are billed after the event, and collection is included.

In Salzburg, we deliver to every district, from the Old Town to Lehen, Maxglan, Gnigl, Aigen, or Parsch. In the surrounding area, we cover the Flachgau region, including places like Wals-Siezenheim, Grödig, or Seekirchen. In the Tennengau region, our delivery area includes Hallein and extends across the border to Freilassing. We also provide setup services throughout the rest of the Salzburg province, including at mountain huts and alpine pastures.
For companies, our team brings sound and media technology to the office, company grounds, or seminar rooms. For conferences and corporate events, everything is ready at a coordinated time before the start. Renty is an event technology rental service; setup and support are available upon request.
Occasion: Student union semester opening on campus

The student union wanted to celebrate the start of the semester right on campus. The medium sound package was perfect for around 140 guests. It was booked online and picked up on short notice in Anif.
The organizers also wanted to run their own small speaker on-site. They weren't sure how to make both work together. A quick video call with Pascal solved the problem, and after that, the sound system and the speaker worked perfectly in sync.

Occasion: An evening with DJs at a restaurant in an alpine hut in Werfenweng
Equipment: Medium sound package with HK Audio Polar, lighting technology, DJ table, and DJ controller
The alpine hut is only accessible by cable car. The real challenge wasn't the equipment itself, but getting it up there.
To avoid multiple trips, the team coordinated with the local tourism board. This allowed the entire setup to be transported to the hut via cable car. The team handled the setup and collected everything after the event.
Note: For mountain locations, always clarify transport logistics before planning the equipment.
Event technology in Salzburg must suit the venue, from the exhibition center to a mountain hut. The selection depends on room size, acoustics, and the type of event. Planning also requires considering power supply and access, especially in the mountains. Pascal will clarify with you in advance what the venue itself provides.
Presentation at the Exhibition Center
In addition to trade fairs, the exhibition center also offers rooms for corporate events and Christmas parties. Regarding media technology, a 50-inch television remains easy to read even in daylight, whereas a projector appears paler in bright rooms. Presenters and laptop adapters are available in our conference technology range.
Wedding in Hellbrunn
At Hellbrunn Palace, the venue only provides the rooms; the bride and groom organize the music and program themselves. The wedding package for up to 160 guests includes column speakers with a mixer, two wireless microphones, uplights, and floor fog. You should check with the palace to see if fog is permitted in the hall. The photo booth prints out pictures instantly for guests to take home.
Party at the Eventalm
At the Zistelalm on the Gaisberg, the Eventalm has space for up to 250 guests and power for event technology. For the dance floor, a PA system with a subwoofer is required. For the DJ booth, a controller like the Numark Mixtrack Pro FX is sufficient. A little fog from our effects equipment makes the light beams visible.
Garden Party in Flachgau
Outdoors, battery-powered technology is a great help. The SOUNDBOKS 4 plays until late in the evening with a swappable battery, and a power station provides electricity for lights and a laptop. A three-by-three-meter pavilion protects against rain. In residential areas, music should be turned down after 10 p.m.
