Our warehouse is located on Dümptener Straße in Bedingrade. Pickup and return are possible every day at your booked time. During the handover, our team will explain how to use each device. More than eight out of ten customers choose to pick up their equipment themselves.
Your local contact is Jan, a trained event technician with experience in the event industry. He knows exactly what kind of sound system a reverberant room needs and how to get a party going even without a power outlet. He keeps the rental equipment in top shape and tests every device before it goes out.
His expertise helps during the planning phase, such as choosing the right system for your room size and number of guests. Sound packages and wireless microphones are our most frequently booked items. You can reach Jan and his team daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. via phone or WhatsApp.

You can book delivery, setup, dismantling, or on-site support as individual services. Each service costs €59 per started hour, with one hour already included in the rental price. With on-site support, the team keeps an eye on the equipment. Collection is included after delivery.

We deliver to every district, from Borbeck and Altenessen to Rüttenscheid, Steele, or Kettwig. In the surrounding area, we serve Mülheim an der Ruhr, Bottrop, Gelsenkirchen, and Bochum. To the south, Velbert is also part of our delivery area. Since travel time counts as working time, we will coordinate long distances with you in advance.
Nearly a third of our bookings come from companies or clubs. For conferences and corporate events, we bring the equipment to your office, company premises, or seminar room. As a rental service, we offer delivery, setup, and support as a full-service package, while you plan the program yourself.

The celebration took place across three levels: the reception on the ground floor, the party in the office, and the rooftop terrace. The first challenge was the lobby, which had no power outlets. The team set up battery-powered lamps that lasted all night.
Upstairs, party lights were hung from the railing. In the office, the sound package and wireless microphones were used for the speeches. Due to the low ceiling, the team used flat effect lights and fog. The entire process, from delivery to dismantling, was handled by the team.

Occasion: private party on a Sunday in April in Bottrop

Jan's team brought the equipment to Bottrop on Sunday and set it up at the venue. The rental period was one day, and collection was included in the service.
The medium sound package consists of two HK Audio columns. Two wireless microphone systems were also on the list, one of them a premium model. A mixing console was also booked, allowing music and microphones to be controlled separately.

A hall at Zollverein has different requirements than a castle ballroom or a meadow by Lake Baldeney. Which event technology is right for your Essen event depends on the room, the number of guests, and the program. Jan will clarify what the venue already provides during the planning phase.
Conference at Zollverein
At Zollverein, for example in the Kesselhaus, the foundation does not mandate a specific technology provider for conferences and congresses. For presentations, we offer wireless microphones, a mixing console, and video equipment such as projectors and screens. In daylight, a standard projector reaches its limits, so for brighter rooms, we offer a laser projector with 6,500 ANSI lumens. Wedding at Schloss Borbeck
The Residenzsaal at Schloss Borbeck is used for concerts, receptions, and celebrations, and civil wedding ceremonies also take place at the castle. For speeches and dancing, our sound equipment, such as the Medium sound package with two HK Audio columns, is sufficient for up to 160 guests. For the first dance, a low-lying fog machine can cover the floor in mist, provided the venue allows it. You can provide souvenir photos with our photo booth, available as an online gallery or with instant printing.
Company party with a DJ
For a company party, the DJ package bundles two CDJ 3000X units with a DJM A9, two LD Systems columns, and two wireless microphones. A light bar and low-lying fog machine are also included. For more of a show, we offer lighting technology such as moving heads or a scanner that project light patterns in changing colors across the room. The beams only become visible with a bit of haze.
Parties at Lake Baldeney
In a garden or on the banks of Lake Baldeney, there is usually no power outlet. Battery-powered speakers like the SOUNDBOKS handle the music, while a power station provides energy for lights and microphones. Playing music in public areas usually requires a permit from the city. In residential areas, music should be turned down after 10 p.m.
