Renty rents out event equipment in Dresden to private individuals, companies, and clubs, available for pickup at Reisstraße in the southeast of the city. Pickup is free of charge, at any time on the day you have booked. Upon request, Pepe's team can also provide delivery and setup, including to Radebeul or Pirna.

The warehouse is located on Reisstraße in the Leuben district. Most rentals begin on a Saturday, but pick-up and return are possible on any day. During the handover, the team will explain how to use each device. A good eight out of ten rentals start with self-collection.
Pepe is your dedicated contact person in Dresden. He has been part of the city's event scene for many years and knows its venues well, from celebrations by the Elbe to corporate events in the Neustadt. He is happy to help you plan larger events and, based on his experience, will often recommend the smaller set for sound and lighting if you're in doubt.

You can book delivery, setup, dismantling, and on-site event support individually as needed. We charge €59 per started hour for these services, with one hour already included in the rental price. With support, a technician from our location stays with the equipment until the event concludes. Collection following a delivery is included.

Our team delivers to every district in the state capital of Saxony, from the Old Town and New Town to Striesen, Prohlis, or Klotzsche. In the surrounding area, we cover downstream along the Elbe via Radebeul to Meißen, and upstream via Heidenau to Pirna. To the southwest, Freital is also part of our delivery area. Since travel time counts as working time, we will coordinate longer routes with you in advance.
Around one in five bookings comes from companies and associations. For businesses, we bring the equipment to the office, seminar room, or trade fair booth. The booking included delivery, setup, and collection for one rental day. Pepe's team brought the set to the venue, placed the speakers on their stands, and picked everything up again after the party.
The SOUNDBOKS run on batteries. Therefore, where you place the speakers does not depend on a power outlet.
Pro tip: If several people are speaking, plan for two wireless microphones to avoid pauses caused by handing them over.
Occasion: private party, rental start on a Friday in June
Equipment: Presentation package including projector and 120-inch tripod screen, power strip, and a 25-meter cable reel
The booking included local delivery within the city for a rental period of a few hours. The local team delivered the equipment at the agreed time, and collection was included in the delivery. A cable reel and power strip were booked as accessories.
Note: The projector in the presentation package requires a darkened room; in June, it will not produce a bright image outdoors until late in the day.
High-ceilinged halls are prone to echoes, and the Elbe meadows lack power outlets. The right event equipment for your Dresden venue depends first on the space, then on the type of event and your budget. Pepe is familiar with many of the city's locations and knows what equipment is already on-site.
Conference at the Palais
The Palais im Großen Garten also rents out its halls for conferences and receptions. Two wireless microphones and speakers aimed directly at the audience ensure high-quality sound. For presentations, we add video equipment, such as a projector in Full HD with a 120-inch screen. The image looks best in a darkened room. Presenters and adapters are also part of our range.
Wedding at Albrechtsberg Palace
Albrechtsberg Palace on the Elbe slopes offers a venue for both the ceremony and the reception. For speeches and dancing, sound systems like our Medium sound package are sufficient for up to 160 guests. Battery-powered ambient lights bathe the walls in a warm glow in the evening. For the first dance, a low-lying fog machine can cover the floor in mist, provided the venue allows it. A photo booth with instant printing provides photos for guests to take home.
Company party in the ballroom
In the historic Watzke ballroom, companies can host events for up to 500 guests. Lighting equipment like the ADJ Starburst, with its 34 beams of light, creates effects on the ceiling and walls. Battery-powered light tubes highlight the bar or stage. A little fog makes the beams visible, provided the venue permits it.
Open-air by the Elbe
For a small open-air event in the garden, battery-powered equipment is a great help. The SOUNDBOKS plays without a power outlet, and a power station can supply light and small devices. For an evening cinema, our public viewing package bundles a projector, screen, and sound system. On public land like the Elbe meadows, events usually require a permit.
