The state capital does not currently have its own pickup location; our warehouse is located on Breiteneicher Straße in Petzenkirchen. It is just under a 40-minute drive away. For this reason, the team can deliver directly to your location upon request, or provide a demonstration of each device if you choose to pick it up yourself.
Benjamin is your contact person for events in St. Pölten and the central region. He brings years of experience from the event industry and is regularly involved in events himself, from company parties to weddings.
Because the equipment comes from Petzenkirchen, access, power supply, and setup time are part of the consultation before every delivery. The rental period is usually two to three days. The team answers questions daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. via phone and WhatsApp; a quick message is all it takes.

Shortly before the start, the client requested ambient lighting, which had not been booked. Benjamin grabbed a few spotlights from the warehouse and used them for indirect lighting.

The ceremony and celebration were planned entirely outdoors. The forecast was good, and the indoor space was only intended as a backup.
Shortly before the ceremony, it started pouring with rain. Benjamin moved all the equipment indoors. The sound system, wireless microphone, and lighting were up and running in time, and the ceremony began on schedule.

Since our warehouse is not located in the city, it is worth taking a look at your venue before any event. If you find yourself missing a cable in the evening, the trip back to Petzenkirchen is a long one. Conference at the Stadtsaal
The Stadtsaal at the Cityhotel is a listed ballroom with an eight-meter ceiling. It hosts congresses, seminars, and celebrations for up to 400 guests. Company party at the Spitzenfabrik
The Spitzenfabrik in Viehofen hosts up to 375 guests for events ranging from company anniversaries to Christmas parties. For a crowd this size, you will need a PA system with a subwoofer. Add some movement with lighting technology like Cameo moving heads, and use a little fog to make the beams visible. The venue may provide some equipment itself, so be sure to check with them beforehand.
Outdoor parties
For a birthday party in a garden or courtyard, you need technology that doesn't require a power outlet. The outdoor package includes two battery-powered SOUNDBOKS speakers with stands, and a power station to run lights and small devices. Please note that the lake regulations at the Viehofner Seen prohibit loud music. In residential areas, music should be turned down after 10 p.m.
