The warehouse is located on Kiefernweg in Kreuzau, just south of the district town. You set the time for pick-up and return when booking, even for Sundays. The team will show you how to connect everything during handover. A good eight out of ten customers pick up their equipment here themselves.
Marian is your contact person for Düren and the surrounding district. He has been organizing events himself for many years. His expertise as an event organizer helps with planning and logistics, as he knows the typical pitfalls from his own experience. He personally tests equipment from manufacturers like HK Audio and SOUNDBOKS before every rental.
Almost six out of ten customers keep their equipment for longer than one day. During the consultation, Marian tailors speakers, lighting, or microphones to the occasion and budget; when in doubt, he recommends the smaller set. He and his team are available daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. via phone and WhatsApp, even on the evening of the event.

Pick-up in Kreuzau is free of charge. We also offer delivery, setup, dismantling, and on-site event support. Each service is billed at €59 per hour or part thereof, with one hour already included in the booking price. Return transport is included with any delivery.

Our warehouse in Kreuzau is close to the district capital, which keeps travel distances and costs low. In the district capital, we deliver from the city center to Birkesdorf, Gürzenich, or Niederau. Within the Düren district, we cover areas like Jülich, Nörvenich, or Langerwehe and up into the Rureifel. In the surrounding area, we also deliver to Stolberg and Eschweiler, and to Aachen upon request. Travel time is billed as labor, so we will clarify long distances with you in advance.
For corporate events, we bring video technology and sound systems to your office, seminar room, or company premises. Our audio equipment includes sound reinforcement, wireless microphones, and a mixing console for speeches. If you book on-site setup and support, you get the full-service experience.

Marian delivered the equipment, and the rental lasted about half a day. Collection was included in the delivery.
The wireless microphone and music are connected to the mixing console, allowing the volume for both to be adjusted separately. The medium sound package is designed for up to 160 people.
Pro tip: If you are planning speeches and music, add a mixing console to your sound package.
Occasion: private event in May
Equipment: presentation package with Full HD projector and 120-inch tripod screen
The rental lasted just under two days, with delivery and collection handled by Marian. The presentation package is one of our most popular bookings at this location and comes with all necessary cables.
The projector is not designed for daylight use. It provides a clear image in a darkened room, and the screen is suitable for up to 100 viewers.
Pro tip: Check beforehand if your laptop has an HDMI port; if not, be sure to book an adapter.
Event technology includes sound systems, lighting, and media equipment. The selection depends on the type and size of the event. A hall with old stone walls sounds different than a clubhouse or a cabin in the Rureifel region.
Wedding at Burgau Castle
At Burgau Castle in the Niederau district, the Winkelsaal in the outer bailey is available for celebrations. Column speakers project sound precisely into the room, ensuring speeches remain clear even within the old walls. One of the sound systems featuring two HK Audio Polar 12 units also covers the dance floor, with the subwoofer housed in the base. For the first dance, a floor fog machine is available; be sure to check with the castle beforehand to see if fog is permitted.
Birthday at the KOMM
The KOMM at the Pleußmühle offers several rooms for celebrations. The event package from our all-in-one packages provides everything you need: two columns, a wireless microphone, effect lighting, and fog. If you want to sing, choose the karaoke package with a projector and two wireless microphones; you just need to bring your own laptop. The photo booth provides souvenir photos, with instant printing or digital delivery.
Training at the Haus der Stadt
In addition to the theater hall, the Haus der Stadt has a seminar room for smaller groups. The presentation package is designed for rooms of this size, featuring a Full HD projector with a tripod screen. The image loses clarity in daylight, so the screen should be placed away from windows. A wireless microphone can be added for questions from the audience.
Festivities along the Rur
Outdoors, the weather and power supply are key factors for your equipment. At the Brückenkopf-Park in Jülich, you can book a covered barbecue pavilion. There, and at cabins in the Rureifel, weather-resistant battery-powered speakers like the SOUNDBOKS handle the sound. A power station with two outlets can power lighting or a projector. You usually need to register celebrations in public areas in advance.
