The warehouse is located on Weißenburgstraße in the city center, near Ständeplatz. Pick-up and return take place seven days a week at your booked time. During handover, our team will explain how to use each device. Nearly nine out of ten customers collect their equipment themselves.
Marius is your contact person in Kassel. Thanks to his years of work in the event industry, he is familiar with venues, sound systems, and lighting from practical experience. He knows from experience how to improvise if power runs low on-site. That is why he considers power supply and cable routing when planning larger events. He checks all equipment before every rental.
Our sound packages are the most frequently booked items, often supplemented by a wireless microphone. Nearly a third of our bookings come from companies and associations. Marius and his team can be reached daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. via phone or WhatsApp.

Delivery, setup, dismantling, and on-site support can be booked individually as services. Each service costs €59 per started hour, with one hour included in the booking price. Booking support ensures a technician is on-site during your event. Logistics are handled by the location itself; return transport is included after delivery.

We deliver to every district, from the city center and the Vorderer Westen to Bad Wilhelmshöhe or Bettenhausen. In the surrounding area, we travel to Vellmar in the north, Baunatal in the south, as well as Lohfelden and Kaufungen in the east. We cover Northern Hesse as far as Fritzlar, and we deliver to Göttingen upon request. Because travel time counts as working time, we plan longer routes with you in advance.
Companies can have event technology delivered to their office, company premises, or seminar room. We coordinate the timing so that everything is set up before the event begins, leaving time for a soundcheck. Our location is an event rental service, not an event agency; event planning remains your responsibility.
Occasion: Ship parade at the Zissel, the water festival on the Fulda
Equipment: two SOUNDBOKS
A canoe club booked two SOUNDBOKS for the parade. The two speakers were mounted on a raft. They played the club's self-composed anthem on a continuous loop while the club presented itself to the audience on the shore.
Because the speakers run on batteries, there was no need for power outlets or cables on the water.
Pro tip: Only use battery-powered equipment on the water; power cables have no place there.
Occasion: Live event with a band

Marius managed the technology on-site. Two last-minute requests were added. He supplemented the setup with SOUNDBOKS for stereo sound and also set up a projector with a screen.
The power was tricky: a single outlet didn't provide enough, and the system had a slight hum at first. With several extension cords and proper power distribution, Marius got everything running.
Pro tip: When using a band, projector, and extra speakers together, distribute the power across multiple outlets.
A congress hall often comes with its own equipment, while a garden by the Fulda usually doesn't even have a power outlet. Which event technology is right for your Kassel event depends on the space, budget, and type of event. If you choose delivery, Marius will plan the power and cable routing for you.
Conference at the Kongress Palais
The Kongress Palais has its own halls with built-in event technology for congresses and conferences, so you only need to supplement what is missing. For a presentation in a seminar room, two wireless microphones and a projector are usually sufficient, allowing speakers to move freely around the room. For training sessions, additional media technology such as a wireless presenter is available.
Wedding at Schloss Schönfeld
At Schloss Schönfeld, wedding ceremonies take place in the Augusten-Kabinett, followed by celebrations in the Brentano-Saal for up to 80 guests. For speeches and dancing, sound systems with two HK Audio columns are sufficient. The wedding package adds a mixing console, two wireless microphones, battery-powered uplights, and low-lying fog. It is best to check with the venue in advance to see if low-lying fog is permitted. For your guests, you can also add a photo booth with instant printing.
Party at the KulturBahnhof
The south wing of the KulturBahnhof hosts company anniversaries, weddings, and private parties. Two columns with subwoofers, designed for up to 250 guests, provide bass for the dance floor. Battery-powered light tubes add color without the need for cables, and the ADJ Starburst projects 34 beams of light into the room. A little fog makes the beams visible, provided the venue allows it.
Parties in the garden
Whether in a garden or on the banks of the Fulda, battery-powered technology is the way to go outdoors. The SOUNDBOKS runs all evening without a power outlet, and a power station can supply lights and small devices. In case of uncertain weather, a party tent protects guests and equipment. The outdoor party tent package combines an inflatable tent with a sound system, fog, and two wireless microphones for up to 100 people. In residential areas, music should be turned down after 10 p.m.
