Renty’s event technology warehouse in Mannheim is located right in the heart of the city grid at S6 12. Private individuals, companies, and clubs can pick up equipment free of charge at their scheduled time. Upon request, Leon can also provide delivery and setup services, including in the Rhine-Neckar region.
From battery-powered speakers to JBL PA systems for concerts, every device on this list is available in the "Quadrate" district. A rental day is 24 hours from pickup, and each additional day costs 15% of the base price.

The warehouse is located at S6 12 in the heart of the city center. Pick-up and return take place daily at your booked time, including on Sundays. During handover, the team will show you how each device works. A good eight out of ten customers choose to collect their equipment themselves.
Leon is your dedicated contact person in Mannheim. He is a musician himself, performing on stage as a saxophonist and working as a DJ. He knows from personal experience how a sound system should sound in a room. He tests every piece of equipment before it leaves the warehouse.
Our consultation covers the selection of sound, lighting, and media technology, from sound packages to projectors. Leon remains your contact from planning through to dismantling. Sound packages are our most frequently booked items. You can reach his team daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. via phone or WhatsApp, even on the day of your event.

For rentals, you can pick up the equipment yourself or book individual services such as delivery, setup, and on-site support. The rate is €59 per started labor hour, with one hour included in the booking price. If you opt for delivery, collection is included. Renting saves you the cost of purchase and storage, and the team handles all maintenance.

We deliver to every district, from the city center (Quadrate) through Jungbusch and Neckarstadt to Käfertal, Neckarau, or Seckenheim. We cross the Rhine to Ludwigshafen and Frankenthal. Heidelberg is located up the Neckar, and that is where most bookings for Mannheim itself originate. Schwetzingen, Weinheim, and Viernheim are also part of our delivery area in the metropolitan region. Travel time counts as working time, so we coordinate longer distances with you during the planning phase.
For companies, we bring event technology for conferences and other events to your office, company premises, or trade fair booth. We adapt setup and dismantling to the venue's time slots to ensure everything is ready on time. Those who add on-site support receive the technology as a full-service package.
Occasion: Corporate client event on a Friday in March

Leon's team delivered the equipment and set it up on-site. The rental lasted less than a full day, with delivery and setup added as a service.
The Shure set includes two wireless microphones with a shared receiver. A cable reel and power strip were booked as accessories.
Pro tip: Book the cable reel and power strip at the same time; power outlets are rarely exactly where you need the equipment to be.
Occasion: private event in June, booked from Heidelberg
Equipment: presentation package with projector, 120-inch tripod screen, HDMI cable
The rental spanned two days, starting on a Friday. The team delivered the package at the agreed time. The customer did not book a setup service, as the package is ready to use in under 15 minutes. An HDMI cable from the laptop is sufficient for connection; a Wi-Fi dongle is also included.
Note: For a presentation, delivery without setup is often sufficient, which saves on labor hours.
A seminar room has different requirements than a pavilion in the park or a meadow by the Neckar river. Event technology includes sound systems, microphones, lighting, and video. For projectors or lighting, the time of day also plays a role. You can discuss which event technology in Mannheim best suits the type and size of your event with Leon in advance.
Seminars and Conferences
For a seminar or conference, such as in the studio at the Alte Feuerwache, our presentation package is often sufficient. It combines a Full HD projector with a 120-inch screen, designed for groups of up to about 100 people. The image is sharp in a darkened room, though it may appear faint in direct sunlight. Wireless microphones can be added for audience Q&A. You can find the presenter remote for your slides under conference technology.
Wedding at Luisenpark
The White Pavilion in Luisenpark is a popular choice for wedding receptions. For speeches and dancing, sound systems with two column speakers are usually sufficient; our medium sound package is designed for up to 160 guests. For the first dance, a low-lying fog machine creates a mist that stays close to the floor. It is best to check with your venue beforehand to see if fog is permitted. A photo booth with instant printing is available as an extra for your guests.
Birthday with Karaoke
For a birthday party at a clubhouse, we offer karaoke systems in two versions. With the karaoke package, the lyrics are displayed via projector and screen, while the karaoke sound system works without a screen. In both cases, you provide your own laptop with the playlist. Lighting effects for the dance floor are provided by the Chauvet GigBAR, which includes two moving heads.
Summer Evening by the Neckar
Out in a meadow, you usually won't find a power outlet, so battery-powered solutions are needed. The SOUNDBOKS runs for many hours without a power connection, and a power station with two standard outlets keeps lights and small devices running. If you are hosting an event with a sound system in public areas like the Neckarwiese, you usually need a permit from the city. In residential areas, music should be turned down after 10 p.m.
