Our event rental location is on Neusetzgasse in Favoriten. Pickup and return take place daily at your booked time, including Sundays and public holidays. During the handover, the team will give you a quick demonstration of how each device works. Nearly nine out of ten customers choose to pick up their equipment themselves.
Fabian is your on-site contact from your first question until the return of the equipment. Together with his team, he checks the gear before every rental, provides delivery upon request, and manages events personally. Sound packages, along with SOUNDBOKS speakers and wireless microphones, are our most frequently booked items at this location.
Consultations usually focus on scale: which sound system fits the room and how many microphones are needed for speeches. Planning also includes lighting, cable routing, and access; Fabian is already familiar with many locations in Vienna. When in doubt, he recommends the smaller set. The team is available daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. via phone and WhatsApp.

You can book delivery, setup, and teardown as individual services, as well as on-site support. We charge €59 per started hour of work, with one hour already included in the booking price. For on-site support, a team member stays for the duration of the entire event. Return pickup is included after a delivery.

We deliver to all 23 districts, from the city center (Innere Stadt) through Meidling and Ottakring to Floridsdorf or Donaustadt. In the Vienna surrounding area, we travel to places like Klosterneuburg, Korneuburg, or Mödling, and to Schwechat in the east. Wiener Neustadt and the Burgenland region are also part of our delivery area. Because travel time counts as working time, we will coordinate longer distances with you in advance.

There was little information available beforehand, and even the organizer barely knew the details. The team therefore drove to the tournament venue to get an overview. This resulted in a cable plan showing which areas would be best for sound coverage. The team coordinated the plan with the client over the phone.

At conferences, every word must reach the audience, whether in the Aula der Wissenschaften or a corporate seminar room. Usually, two wireless microphones and a small mixer connected to a sound system with two column speakers are sufficient. Slides can be displayed via a projector and screen; if there is a lot of daylight, a 50-inch television is the safer choice.
Wedding at the Kursalon
A wedding at the Kursalon in the Stadtpark usually begins with speeches and ends on the dance floor. Both are supported by sound equipment like the Medium sound package with two column speakers, designed for up to 160 guests. For the first dance, a low-lying fog machine can cover the floor in mist, provided the venue allows it. For souvenir photos, you can add a photo booth with instant printing.
Company party at the Hefeboden
In the Hefeboden of the Ottakringer Brewery, an industrial hall with nine-meter-high ceilings, companies host events for up to 260 guests at tables. At this height, lighting technology is key, from ambient lighting during dinner to a light show with effects and a bit of fog. For DJs, there is the DJ package with a Pioneer XDJ-AZ and two HK Audio column speakers.
Parties on the Danube Island
Where there is no power outlet within reach, such as in a garden or by the water, battery-powered technology helps. The SOUNDBOKS provides a whole evening of sound without mains power, and a power station can supply lights and small devices. On public areas like the Danube Island, a party usually requires a permit. In residential areas, music should be turned down after 10 p.m.
