For private parties, corporate events, or clubs, you can pick up event technology in Wiesbaden from Renty free of charge in the neighboring town of Walluf. This is possible any day at your booked time. Upon request, Dominik can also provide delivery and setup, from Biebrich to Sonnenberg and throughout the Rheingau.
The equipment on this list is available at our warehouse in Walluf for pickup or delivery. A rental day is 24 hours from pickup; each additional day costs 15% of the base price.

The warehouse is located in Walluf, just west of Schierstein. Pick-up and return are possible every day at your booked time. During handover, the team will provide you with a demonstration of each device; most sets fit into a standard passenger car. Almost all customers collect their equipment themselves in Walluf.
Dominik is your dedicated contact for events in Wiesbaden and the Rheingau. He brings years of experience in event technology. This location is one of 28 across Germany and Austria. If something on-site goes differently than planned, he will calmly adjust the setup, for example in case of rain or limited power supply.
He checks every device before it is issued. During the consultation, he helps you choose the system that best fits your venue and the type of event. The presentation package and the Medium sound package with HK Audio are particularly popular. You can reach Dominik's team daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. by phone or WhatsApp.

If you need the equipment delivered, simply add delivery and setup to your booking. You can also choose to include teardown or on-site support, in which case a team member will be there to manage the process. These services are charged at €59 per hour or part thereof, with one hour already included in the booking price.
Each additional rental day costs 15% of the base price; examples can be found in the price overview.
We deliver to every district, from the city center to Biebrich, Dotzheim, and Sonnenberg. Schierstein and Frauenstein border Walluf, making travel times particularly short. In the Rheingau, we deliver to Eltville and the surrounding wine villages, right up to the winery or barn. Taunusstein is also part of our delivery area. Travel time counts as working time; for more distant destinations, we will discuss the possibilities on a case-by-case basis.
Companies can have equipment delivered to their office, seminar room, or company premises. Consultation is free, and setup and support are available as a service. Combined with delivery, this provides a full-service experience. We are an event technology rental company, not an event agency. The concept and planning of the program remain with you.
Occasion: Summer party for an IT company at a garden venue

Equipment: Large HK Audio system, two wireless microphones, battery-powered LED spots
Delivery and setup were booked because the venue was not technically prepared. The wireless microphones were intended for speeches and games, and the spots for evening ambiance.
On-site, it turned out that the power supply was poorly distributed and not sufficiently protected. Dominik adjusted the plan, laid longer cable runs, and distributed the load. He set up a dedicated circuit for sound and lighting to ensure everything ran stably.
Pro tip: For garden venues, clarify in advance where power outlets are located and how they are protected.
Occasion: wedding ceremony with reception at a country estate

The equipment was planned entirely for outdoor use. On the morning of the wedding, rain was forecast exactly for the time of the ceremony.
Dominik coordinated with the couple and the venue, and the ceremony was moved into the barn. Under time pressure, he relocated everything, rewired the setup, and adjusted the sound for the new space.
Pro tip: For an outdoor ceremony, always designate a backup covered area in advance where the equipment can be set up quickly.
Whether it's a castle on the Rhine or a wine cellar in the Rheingau, every location has different requirements for sound and lighting. Event technology includes sound systems, lighting, and media equipment. Dominik will clarify with you before delivery whether there is sufficient power available on-site.
Conference at Biebrich Palace
Biebrich Palace on the banks of the Rhine also hosts conferences. For sound reinforcement during presentations, minimal audio equipment is usually sufficient, such as two wireless microphones and a small PA system. Slides and other content can be displayed using a projector and screen; in bright rooms, closing the curtains helps. Large venues like the RheinMain CongressCenter usually provide their own in-house technical support.
Wedding under glass
Under the glass roof of Jagdschloss Platte, it remains bright as long as there is daylight outside. A slideshow with a projector is therefore only effective after sunset. For speeches and dancing, one of the sound systems with column speakers and built-in amplifiers is usually enough. In combination with a fog machine, moving heads make their light beams visible after dinner. A photo booth can be added to the same booking, with instant printing available upon request.
Wine tasting in a monastery cellar
At Eberbach Abbey in the Rheingau, historic cellars can be booked for events. During a wine tasting, music is kept at a low background level. To ensure everyone can hear the presentation, a wireless microphone connected to a compact speaker is sufficient.
Public viewing and garden parties
For public viewing in the garden or at a clubhouse, we offer a dedicated package at our location. Add color to your evening with a battery-powered light set from our lighting technology range. LED lighting is energy-efficient, which is why many items run on batteries. On public land, such as the banks of the Rhine, events with sound systems usually require a permit. If the party is in a residential area, music should be turned down after 10 p.m.
