The warehouse address is Dörferstraße 28c in Thaur, which borders the city to the east. Pickups and returns are possible even on public holidays. David will explain how to use each device during handover, and a standard car is usually sufficient for transport. About nine out of ten customers choose to pick up their equipment themselves.
David is your contact for event technology in Innsbruck and throughout Tyrol. You decide how much the team handles. Delivery, setup, or on-site support can be booked individually as a service; each started hour of work costs €59. One hour is included in the booking price, and additional hours are billed after the event. With event support, a technician remains on-site for the entire duration. Collection after delivery is included.

In Innsbruck, our team delivers to every district, from the old town through Wilten and Pradl to Amras. This also includes Hötting on the hillside and Igls above the city. In the surrounding area, we cover the Inn Valley, including Hall, Rum, and Wattens, as well as Völs and Zirl to the west. Beyond that, we deliver throughout all of Tyrol, from the valley floor to mountain huts.
We also deliver to offices, company premises, and seminar rooms, for example for training sessions or presentations. Renty is an event rental company, not an agency; event planning remains in your hands. Our team is happy to assist with on-site setup or support.

A professional athlete filmed videos with his guests on the Nordkette, featuring jumps over a snow mound and tricks in front of the camera. Afterward, they celebrated with a view over Innsbruck, and a member of our team performed as the DJ.
David brought all the equipment up the mountain and carried it up the stairs to the snow platform. He set everything up there, despite limited power availability. Many guests helped with the carrying, and our team collected everything the following day.
Pro tip: For events on the mountain, clarify in advance how much power is available and how far equipment needs to be carried.
Occasion: private event on a Friday in September
Equipment: Business package with two HK Audio Polar 12 speakers, wireless microphone, and ambient lighting
Delivery, setup, and collection were booked. The team brought the package to the venue in the early afternoon and set it up.
The rental lasted just under a day. The team collected the equipment the following morning, so the customer did not have to transport anything.
Note: If collection takes place the following morning, the rental period often remains under 24 hours, meaning only the first rental day is charged.
Whether it's a hall, a mountain hut, or a club: the right equipment depends on the room, the number of guests, and the occasion. Large venues like the Congress Innsbruck have their own in-house technology. On the mountain, however, power supply, access, and transport routes are what count.
Presentation at the Haus der Musik
The Small Hall at the Haus der Musik hosts presentations for up to 99 guests. For clear sound, two wireless microphones connected to a small mixing console with two column speakers are sufficient. For video technology, the presentation package with a projector and screen—one of the most frequently booked packages at this location—is all you need. David often knows from experience exactly what the hall itself provides.
Wedding on the Seegrube
At the Seegrube, the restaurant is only available exclusively to wedding parties from 6:00 PM onwards. Setup and soundcheck therefore require a precisely planned schedule. For the ceremony, speeches, and dancing, sound systems like the Medium sound package are sufficient for up to 160 guests. A photo booth with instant printing provides pictures for the guestbook.
Gala at the Hofburg
The Giant Hall at the Hofburg hosts gala dinners for up to 240 guests. For speeches during dinner and the dance floor afterwards, a size like this requires PA systems with subwoofers. The HK Linear 5 PA system is available at this location for such events. David clarifies in advance with the Hofburg what equipment the venue already provides.
Christmas party and mountain hut evening
For a Christmas party, a snow machine can send flakes through the hall. A disco ball and lasers from our party lighting range bring movement to the dance floor. In a mountain hut without mains power, a power station can run energy-efficient LED lights. On public land, such as along the banks of the Inn, a celebration usually requires a permit.
