The warehouse is located on Augustastraße in Meiderich, keeping travel times to the rest of the city short. Pickup and return take place at the booked time on any day of the week, including public holidays. You will receive a briefing on every device during handover. Nine out of ten customers choose self-pickup.
Mert is your contact person for event technology in Duisburg; he has been working as a DJ for many years and has organized events himself. He knows the scene along the Rhine and Ruhr from his own experience. He checks the equipment before it is issued and remains available on the evening of the event.
Consultations focus on the question of how much sound and lighting equipment an event needs. You can reach Mert and his team daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. via phone or WhatsApp.

In addition to free collection, we offer delivery, setup, dismantling, and on-site support as services. Each service costs €59 per started hour of work, with one hour included in the booking price. Booking support means having someone in the room during the event to step in if any issues arise. This provides peace of mind for every part of your program. Return collection after a delivery is included.

From Meiderich, we deliver to all districts, from Ruhrort and Hamborn to Duissern or Rheinhausen on the left bank of the Rhine. Oberhausen and Moers are just beyond the city limits, and Dinslaken in the north is part of our delivery area. We also set up for events throughout the rest of the western Ruhr region. Because travel time counts as working time, we will clarify longer routes with you in advance.
For companies, we bring presentation technology and sound systems to the office, company grounds, or seminar room. Projectors and screens are ready before you start, and we collect them after your appointment. Upon request, our team can also provide full-service setup and support.
Occasion: Corporate event on a Saturday in April
Equipment: two SOUNDBOKS, JBL Partybox 310, two wireless microphones, mixing console, speaker stand, power station with 512 Wh
On-site support was booked. A staff member from our location remained on-site during the event to manage the microphones and mixing console. The rental lasted for about ten hours.
All speakers operate on batteries, and the power station provides additional electricity. This makes the system independent of power outlets and allows for flexible placement.
Pro tip: If the nearest power outlet is far away, be sure to include a power station in your booking.
Occasion: Wedding on a Saturday in August
Equipment: two 12-inch active speakers on stands, wireless microphone, 25-meter cable reel
The booking was for delivery without setup. Mert’s team dropped off the equipment, and the hosts handled the installation themselves. The rental lasted just under a day, with collection the following day included.
The cable reel allowed the equipment to be set up up to 25 meters away from the power outlet.
Pro tip: If the equipment needs to be placed far from a power outlet, be sure to book a cable reel as well.
In old industrial halls, reverberation plays a major role; in these spaces, proper positioning is more effective than extra power. A terrace under trees presents different challenges, as power outlets are often missing. Room size, acoustics, and the number of guests determine how much sound power you need.
Conference at the Landscape Park
In the Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord, also located in Meiderich, the Hüttenmagazin offers rooms for conferences with up to 99 people. For presentations, our package featuring a Full HD projector and a 120-inch screen is often sufficient. The image is clear in a darkened room, though the projector reaches its limits in bright daylight. Wireless microphones can be added for audience Q&A sessions.
Wedding at Casino Bliersheim
Casino Bliersheim in Rheinhausen, a former company canteen, features a terrace under old trees. For speeches and dancing, sound systems like our Medium Sound Package with two column speakers are sufficient for up to 160 guests. For the first dance, a low-lying fog machine can cover the floor in mist, provided the venue allows it. A photo booth with props can also be booked for your guests.
Party with a DJ
Mert works as a DJ himself, and his expertise helps in choosing the right setup. Our warehouse stocks DJ equipment ranging up to a set with two CDJ 3000s and a DJM A9. To bring color to the dance floor, we offer effect lighting and battery-powered LED tubes. A little fog is needed to make the light beams visible.
Barbecue in the City Park
Municipal barbecue areas, such as those in the Meiderich city park, are only available by prior reservation. Loud music should be avoided there; a battery-powered party box at medium volume is a better fit. In your own garden, a SOUNDBOKS can run for many hours without a power outlet. In residential areas, music should be turned down after 10 p.m.
