The warehouse is located on St. Antoniusstraße; Dornbirn and Hohenems are just a few kilometers away. Everything will be ready at your booked time, even on public holidays. During handover, the team will explain every device to you. More than nine out of ten customers choose to pick up their equipment themselves.
Georg is your contact for event technology in Lustenau. He has known the Vorarlberg event scene for years through his own work, covering everything from club festivals and private parties to weddings. Georg works with tested equipment from HK Audio and Pioneer DJ, and video tutorials are available for most devices.
When selecting equipment, Georg will clarify with you where power outlets are located and what the venue requires. You can select delivery, setup, and on-site support as individual services. Each is charged at €59 per hour or part thereof, with one hour already included in the rental price. With event support, a member of our team stays with you until the end. Any additional time is billed after the event, and return transport is free of charge.

We deliver to every district in town, whether it's Rheindorf, Kirchdorf, or Hasenfeld. We actually receive more bookings from Dornbirn than from Lustenau itself. In the Rhine Valley, we also travel to Hohenems, Götzis, or Rankweil. Towards Lake Constance, we cover Lauterach, Wolfurt, and Hard. For events in Bregenz, Feldkirch, or Bludenz, the drive takes longer, so we coordinate such trips with you in advance.

Occasion: private birthday party in an apartment
Equipment: DJ mixer as a replacement, booked the evening before
The host wanted to DJ at his own birthday party. The evening before, he realized his DJ mixer was broken. That same evening, he used the online calendar to book a replacement for the following day.
Georg and his team coordinated the handover directly with him. They brought the mixer to the apartment personally, allowing the host to DJ as planned.
Tip: If a piece of equipment fails shortly before your party, the calendar will immediately show you if a replacement is available for the next day.
Occasion: wedding celebration on a Saturday in August
Equipment: Business package with two HK Audio Polar 12s, a wireless microphone, and four battery-powered ambient lights, plus a power strip
The booking included delivery, setup, and collection. Georg brought the equipment to the venue and set up both columns. The battery-powered ambient lights do not require cables and can be placed anywhere in the room. A power strip was included in the booking.
The rental lasted just under a day. Afterward, the team collected everything.

A palace sounds different than a club hall, while a garden often lacks a power outlet. The right equipment depends on the room, the number of guests, and the type of event. Many halls in Vorarlberg have their own systems, in which case a supplement is often enough.
Trade fair appearance at the Messequartier Dornbirn
The Messequartier Dornbirn hosts trade fairs, conferences, and product presentations across 15 halls. For a trade fair appearance, clarity is key; two wireless microphones and a small sound package are usually sufficient. Video technology should be kept simple—a Full HD projector with a screen on a tripod works best in a darkened room.
Wedding at the Palace of Hohenems
The Palace of Hohenems hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions, for example in the Knights' Hall. For speeches and dancing, sound systems consisting of two columns with a wireless microphone are sufficient. For the first dance, a low-lying fog machine can spread fog across the dance floor, provided the palace allows it. The photo booth prints souvenir photos instantly.
Ball and club evening
For a ball, company party, or club evening, the sound needs to fill the entire hall. One of our PA systems with a subwoofer and mixer, such as the JBL EON PA system available at our location, can handle this. Moving heads bring movement to the dance floor, and a little haze makes their beams visible. Halls like the Reichshofsaal come with modern technology, so be sure to ask in advance.
Summer party in the garden
Where there is no power outlet nearby, party boxes like the battery-powered SOUNDBOKS are the way to go. With a spare battery, it will last through a long evening, and a power station can provide electricity for lighting and small devices. Public spaces usually require a permit for events.
