The deductible in the event of damage is a maximum of €250 per product (excluding special cases such as theft, robbery, fraud, etc.). The insurance is valid exclusively within the EU and Switzerland. There is no insurance coverage if the equipment is used or transported outside of this territory.

Most of our products do not require a security deposit. For high-value or particularly sensitive items (including certain DJ equipment), we reserve the right to request a deposit before the rental period begins.
