Located at August-Brocher-Weg 1 in Giesenkirchen, Renty provides event technology in Mönchengladbach for parties, companies, and clubs. Pickup is free of charge at any time booked online. Upon request, Seong-Eun can also deliver and set up equipment, including to Krefeld and the Lower Rhine region.

The rental warehouse is located at August-Brocher-Weg in Giesenkirchen, in the East district. You can pick up and return equipment any day at your booked time. A briefing on how to operate the equipment is part of the handover. A good nine out of ten customers pick up their equipment here themselves.
Seong-Eun is your dedicated contact person at this location. There is a permanent contact person on-site at all 28 locations in Germany and Austria. During the consultation, he will plan the lighting and sound to suit your event, if desired as a small lighting concept. Before any device leaves the warehouse, he tests it.
In addition to sound packages, lighting and video technology are often booked here, such as the ADJ Starburst or the presentation package. Most rentals in Mönchengladbach begin on Friday or Saturday, with September being the busiest month. Seong-Eun and his team can be reached daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. by phone or WhatsApp, even on the evening of the event.

You can add delivery, setup, dismantling, or on-site support as individual services for your event equipment. This costs €59 per started hour, with one hour already included in the booking price. With on-site support, you have a team member by your side until the very end. If we deliver the equipment, we will also collect it at no extra charge, even in the Lower Rhine region.

From Giesenkirchen, we deliver to every district, from the city center to Rheydt. Further out are Wickrath, Odenkirchen, Rheindahlen, and Hardt. Around the city, we deliver to Korschenbroich, Jüchen, or Viersen, and to the northeast, Willich and Krefeld. Grevenbroich and Erkelenz are also part of our delivery area in the Lower Rhine region. We will coordinate longer journeys with you in advance, as travel time counts as working time.
Companies in Mönchengladbach and the Lower Rhine region can also have their event technology delivered directly to their office, company premises, or seminar room. For presentations, we offer projector and screen packages, and for conferences, wireless microphones. With our support, the rental becomes a full service, where a team member takes care of sound, microphones, and lighting.

A one-day rental in April was booked, with delivery by Seong-Eun. Collection after the festival was included.
The combination of column speakers and battery-powered boxes is well-suited for street festivals. The medium sound package is designed for up to 160 people, and the battery boxes run without a power outlet.
Pro tip: For outdoor festivals, plan for battery-powered boxes for corners without electricity.

The booking was for a one-day rental, and the local team handled the delivery. Collection was included.
The Large sound package adds a subwoofer to two column speakers and is designed for up to 250 people. The ambient lights are battery-operated, allowing you to place them anywhere in the room without cables.
Pro tip: Book your lighting and sound together so everything arrives in one trip.
A banquet hall requires a different sound than a street, and a vaulted cellar needs different lighting than an office. The venue determines which event technology is appropriate. During the planning phase, Seong-Eun will clarify what the location already provides.
Anniversaries or corporate events
For festive events and conferences, the Kaiser-Friedrich-Halle near the Bunter Garten offers large halls. These venues often have their own equipment, and Seong-Eun can provide whatever is missing. For speeches, wireless microphones are a proven choice, and a small mixing console ensures all voices are heard clearly through the speakers. In smaller rooms, one of our sound systems, such as the Medium sound package for up to 160 guests, is sufficient for speeches and music. A projector can be used to display photo retrospectives.
Party in a vaulted cellar
Haus Erholung at Abteiberg features a vaulted cellar for private parties with up to 110 guests. Under low ceilings, lighting technology is particularly effective, ranging from illuminating the vaults to dynamic moving effects. At this location, the ADJ Starburst with its 34 light beams is one of our most popular lighting effects, complemented by battery-powered light tubes. A bit of fog makes the beams visible, provided the venue allows it.
Weddings or galas with a DJ
For weddings and galas with a DJ, our DJ package bundles everything needed for up to 250 guests. This includes two Pioneer CDJ 3000s with a DJM A9 mixer, an RCF column PA system, and two wireless microphones. Lighting effects and low-lying fog for the first dance are also included. Individual DJ equipment is also available without the full package. For souvenir photos, a photo booth is available from the same location, offering both printed and digital copies.
Street festival at Alter Markt
Events in public spaces like the Alter Markt usually require a permit from the city. For a venue with a program, the Large sound package with a subwoofer is suitable for up to 250 people. For the perimeter, battery-powered speakers like the SOUNDBOKS are ideal, and a power station with two outlets can provide electricity for lighting at your stand. Please note that music should be turned down in residential areas after 10 p.m.
