The warehouse is located at Roter-Turm-Platz in Sendling. You can schedule your pickup and return times when booking, including on Sundays. During handover, someone from Paul's team will explain how to use each piece of equipment. About three out of four customers pick up their event technology themselves and handle the setup on their own.
Paul is your contact for event technology in Munich and manages rentals at Roter-Turm-Platz. He brings experience from his own events and now supports both private parties and corporate functions. He is familiar with delivery times at museums and knows exactly which equipment works best in vaulted cellars.
When it comes to implementation, Paul’s experience leads him to recommend the smaller system if it is sufficient for the room and the number of guests. We are an event rental company, not an event agency. You book every service related to event technology individually: delivery, setup, teardown, or on-site support during the event. Every started hour of work costs €59; one hour is already included in the booking price.
Each additional rental day costs 15% of the base price; examples can be found in the price overview. Self-collection in Sendling is free of charge.
We deliver to every district, from Schwabing and Maxvorstadt to Haidhausen, Pasing, or Sendling. In the surrounding area, we serve locations such as Unterhaching, Ottobrunn, Germering, and Unterschleißheim. Further out, we also deliver to Dachau, Freising, or Starnberg. Travel time is counted as working time, so we will clarify longer distances with you in advance.
Companies can have event technology delivered to the location of their choice, whether it's an office, company premises, or a seminar room. We also provide a service for trade fair appearances, coordinated with the event's setup times. More than a third of our rentals at this location go to companies and associations.

The lighting technology was booked online with the goal of having the entire location glow in red. On-site, it became clear that the requirements went beyond the original booking.
Paul therefore added a suitable lighting controller and also connected third-party lighting equipment. Everything was handed over in time for the doors to open.
Tip: If an entire location is to be illuminated in one color, plan the lighting together in advance.
Occasion: Wedding at Nymphenburg Palace

For this event, the venue set strict time windows for delivery. The setup had to be quiet so as not to disturb operations at the palace.
Paul's team delivered the sound and lighting equipment well before the ceremony and then set it up. After midnight, they collected everything, returning the hall to the venue exactly as it had been handed over.
Tip: For palaces, ask about delivery times early and plan the teardown at the same time.
A historic hall sounds different than a warehouse, while outdoor events often lack power. The right event technology therefore depends on the room, acoustics, and type of event. When renting in Sendling, Paul plans the equipment with you in advance, including power, access, and setup times.
Meetings and conferences
In venues like the Alte Kongresshalle, every word must reach the back row. A sound system with active speakers, supplemented by wireless microphones and a small mixing console, ensures this. For presentations, we add the appropriate conference technology, from presenters to laptop adapters.
Weddings
For a wedding at Blutenburg Castle in Obermenzing, sound systems ensure clear audio for speeches and dancing. For the first dance, a low-lying fog machine covers the dance floor in thick mist, provided the venue allows it. With a photo booth, guests can take home instant photos.
Corporate events and parties
A company party in a venue like the Muffathalle in Haidhausen needs bass that reaches the back. For this, we offer active PA systems with subwoofers, also available as a complete package with a mixing console. Moving heads bring movement to the dance floor, while compact lighting systems suffice for smaller rooms. For DJs, we provide the Pioneer XDJ-AZ along with a DJ table and riser.
Outdoor parties
For celebrations in a garden or backyard, the rental service has technology that doesn't require a power outlet. Party speakers like the SOUNDBOKS 4 run on battery for an entire evening, and a power station provides electricity for lighting and laptops. A three-by-three-meter pavilion helps protect against rain. On public land like the English Garden, events usually require a permit.
