The warehouse is located on Klara-Siebert-Straße in Südstadt. Pick-up and return are possible seven days a week at your booked time. During handover, the team will show you how to use each device. Almost all customers pick up their equipment themselves, and nearly everything fits into a standard car.
Your contact person in Karlsruhe is Leon. He has been involved with music since he was a child. Thanks to this experience, he knows what good sound should be like and what matters when it comes to lighting. When choosing audio, lighting, and video equipment, he will be honest if a smaller package is enough. He checks all devices before every handover.
No product is booked more often in Südstadt than the presentation package with a projector and screen. The "Medium" sound package with two HK Audio Polar 12 units is also a popular choice. The team is available to answer questions daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. via phone or WhatsApp.

Renty is a rental company, not an event agency. You can book delivery with setup, dismantling, or on-site support as an optional service if you need it. Each started hour of work costs €59, with one hour already included in the booking price. For deliveries, such as to Pforzheim, return pickup is included.

We deliver to every district, from the city center and the Oststadt to Mühlburg, Durlach, or Neureut. Ettlingen is just to the south, and Rheinstetten to the southwest. To the northeast, Stutensee and Bruchsal are within our delivery area, and Pforzheim to the southeast. Travel time counts as labor time, so we coordinate longer distances with you in advance.
About one in five bookings comes from companies or associations. For conferences, trade fair appearances, or other events, our team brings audio and video equipment directly to the office or booth. Setup and on-site support turn a simple rental into a full-service experience.
Occasion: Wedding in a historic hall
Equipment: Large JBL PA system, lighting technology, cold sparks, low-lying fog
The couple wanted a large sound system and powerful lighting effects. We therefore used the premium version of the large JBL PA system, along with lighting equipment suitable for the historic hall. Our team delivered and set everything up.
Cold sparks and low-lying fog were used for the wedding dance. Cold sparks are spark effects without an open flame, and the low-lying fog stays close to the floor.
Note: Check with the venue about cold sparks and low-lying fog in advance, as not every hall allows these effects.
Occasion: private event on a Saturday in July
Equipment: Small sound package, wireless microphone, projector screen, LED disco ball, fog machine, plus fog fluid
The entire setup was picked up in the Südstadt district, with a briefing on every device. The small sound package consists of two active speakers with stands. The speakers can be controlled via Bluetooth or cable and fit into a standard car trunk along with the stands. Everything was returned in less than a day.
Pro tip: If you're planning on having fog all evening, be sure to book the fog fluid as well.
A lecture hall requires clear sound, a large venue needs more power, and an outdoor space needs battery-powered electricity. The right equipment depends on the type of event, but above all on the venue itself. You can discuss the planning with Leon in advance; if you opt for delivery, he will also check power and access requirements.
Lecture in Durlach
For lectures, such as those in the Nikolauskapelle in Durlach, our presentation package is often sufficient. It includes a projector in Full HD, a 120-inch screen, and all necessary cables. The brighter the room, the higher the brightness required from the projector; the model in this package is not designed for daylight use. If multiple people are speaking, a small mixing console can be used to connect the microphones.
Concert at the Fleischmarkthalle
The Fleischmarkthalle at the Alter Schlachthof is primarily a cultural venue, accommodating up to 400 people for concerts. For a performance in a space of this size, you need a PA system with a subwoofer, such as the JBL PRX with two 15-inch bass speakers. The Chauvet GigBAR adds moving heads and lasers to the hall. The light beams only become visible with a fog machine, which is why fog fluid is our most frequently added accessory.
Wedding at Ettlingen Palace
Wedding parties at Ettlingen Palace often take place in the Knights' Hall, which can accommodate up to 140 guests at round tables. For clear sound, we provide sound systems with slim columns, and two wireless microphones ensure speeches are easy to hear. Battery-powered LED spots add color to the walls without cables running across the room. You should check with the palace in advance to see if floor fog or cold sparks are permitted. For memorable photos, you can add a photo booth, complete with instant printing.
Outdoors at the Turmberg
Celebrate on the Turmberg terrace in Durlach with a view over the city. Outdoors, battery power is key: the SOUNDBOKS runs without a power outlet and is one of our most popular rentals in the Südstadt. A power station provides electricity for lighting. In residential areas, please lower the music volume after 10 p.m.
