Renty provides event technology in Mainz for parties, companies, and clubs at Dominikanerstraße 5 in the Old Town. Pick-up is free of charge every day, including Sundays. Anh Duc can also provide delivery and setup upon request, including to the Rheinhessen region.

The warehouse is located on Dominikanerstraße in the middle of the Old Town. You set the date for pickup and return when booking, any day of the week. During the handover, the team will explain every device to you. More than nine out of ten customers pick up their equipment here themselves.
Anh Duc manages the rental service in the Old Town and is your dedicated contact person. He has been working as a DJ himself for years, so his experience with the equipment comes from practical application. He is also very familiar with the city's clubs and open-air locations.
His expertise is a great help when advising on DJ setups for parties, as well as sound and lighting technology for celebrations. He checks every device before it is issued and always keeps spare cables in his car. Sound packages, SOUNDBOKS, and wireless microphones are particularly popular. You can reach his team daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. by phone or WhatsApp.

You can book delivery and setup as optional services if needed. With on-site support, a member of our team will be there to manage the process. Each started hour of work is charged at €59, with one hour already included in the booking price. Collection after the event is included.

From the Old Town, the Neustadt and Oberstadt districts are quickly reached. Further out, we deliver to Gonsenheim, Bretzenheim, or Mombach, and in the south to Hechtsheim and Weisenau. Around the city, we deliver to Budenheim, Ingelheim, or Nieder-Olm and throughout the entire Rheinhessen region. We set up in wineries just as we do in community halls. Travel time counts as working time, so we plan long distances with you in advance.
Companies in Mainz can also have technical equipment delivered to their offices, seminar rooms, or company premises. With on-site support, this becomes a full-service package, while you retain the creative control for the program. Equipment: SOUNDBOKS, lighting technology
The equipment was booked by an outside DJ, including delivery, setup, and instruction. Anh Duc transported everything and set it up; the venue staff showed him the right spot. When the DJ had questions about the SOUNDBOKS, Anh Duc connected everything and showed him the settings in the app.
The room was not very large. Therefore, Anh Duc set the speakers to indoor mode so that there would be no echo. He also explained how the lights work.
Pro tip: Use the indoor mode of the SOUNDBOKS in smaller rooms for clearer sound.
Occasion: small concert in a cramped location
Equipment: Medium sound package with two HK columns, mixing console, spare cables
Anh Duc delivered the Medium sound package, which included two HK Audio column speakers and a mixer. Additional cables hadn't been booked, but since the music was running from a laptop, they were needed. Anh Duc happened to have some in his car for situations just like this.
He provided advice on the best setup for the small room and laid the cables discreetly. Everything was ready about an hour before the soundcheck.
Pro tip: If you're playing music from a laptop, be sure to book the appropriate cables at the same time.
There is a world of difference between a congress hall and a vaulted cellar in Mainz, both in terms of sound and lighting. The choice of equipment depends on the type of event and the venue. Many halls have their own equipment or preferred service providers; you should clarify any collaboration with the venue in advance. You can discuss the planning with Anh Duc.
Conference at the Rheingoldhalle
Congresses and conferences are held at the Rheingoldhalle, located right on the Rhine. To ensure every word is heard, wireless microphones that can be passed around the audience are essential. A small mixing console manages multiple speakers, and for panel discussions, there is conference technology. For lectures and product presentations, video technology is crucial. Projectors and screens work best in a darkened room.
Wedding at the palace
For a wedding at the Electoral Palace on the Rhine, sound systems with column speakers like the HK Audio Polar 12 are ideal. In large halls, they direct the sound toward the guests instead of filling the room with echo. For the first dance, a low-lying fog machine creates a flat layer of mist on the dance floor, provided the hall allows for fog. A photo booth with instant printing provides souvenir photos.
Birthday in the vaulted cellar
In the vaulted cellar of the Citadel, music can quickly sound echoey under the rounded ceiling. A SOUNDBOKS is sufficient there, and the indoor mode keeps the sound clear. If you want to sing, you can book one of the karaoke systems as well. For a great atmosphere in the cellar, party lighting with LED lights is all you need.
Company party at the Alte Lokhalle
The Alte Lokhalle also rents out its spaces for company parties. For a full dance floor, you will need a PA system with a subwoofer. If a DJ is performing, DJ equipment up to the Pioneer CDJ 2000 NXS2 is available from our warehouse. Lighting technology brings color and movement to the hall. Our range is sufficient for parties of up to about 500 people.
