The warehouse is located on San-Carlos-Straße in the Bruck district. Pickup and return take place at your booked time on any day, with most rentals starting on Fridays. During handover, our team will explain how to use each device. Over nine out of ten customers choose to pick up their equipment themselves.
Christian is your contact person in Erlangen. As a long-time DJ, he knows what matters for great party sound: the bass should hit hard, and the highs should be crisp, not harsh. He knows the city's venues from experience and even DJs at some events himself. He checks all equipment before every rental.
The most frequently booked items at this location are the SOUNDBOKS, small sound packages, and the presentation package. Peak season is from May to September, so it's worth planning early. For advice, you can reach Christian and his team daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. via phone or WhatsApp.

Delivery, setup, dismantling, and on-site support are available as optional services. The rate is €59 per started hour of work, with one hour already included in the booking price. For on-site support, a technician from our location will remain available throughout your event. After delivery, we will collect everything again at no extra charge.

We deliver to every district, from the city center and Bruck to Büchenbach or Tennenlohe. In the Nuremberg metropolitan region, Nuremberg and Fürth are firmly within our delivery area. To the west, we deliver to Herzogenaurach, and to the north to Baiersdorf and Forchheim. Since travel time counts as working time, we will coordinate longer distances with you in advance.
Companies can have conference technology and sound systems delivered directly to their office, company premises, or seminar room. We coordinate the timing so that everything is set up before you begin. For smaller celebrations, a simple sound system for self-pickup is often sufficient. Our focus is on renting out event technology; the planning of the evening remains in your hands.

A lot of equipment was booked. A large HK Audio sound package provided the music, while an additional SOUNDBOKS added extra punch. Lighting, wireless microphones, and a fog machine rounded out the setup.
The guests helped with the setup themselves. Together, they carried the equipment to its place and moved it away again after the party.
Tip: When booking a lot of equipment, plan for helpers to assist with carrying; that way, even a large sound package can be set up quickly.
Occasion: wedding in a church community hall

Equipment: Medium sound package with HK Audio, Christian as DJ
The Medium sound package was booked, and Christian played a DJ set himself that evening. The event was lively and spontaneous, with the program changing constantly. Guests were coming and going.
The real task was the coordination on-site. Christian continuously adapted the music to the evening and kept the dance floor going.
Tip: If the program changes often, it is worth having someone on-site to keep an eye on the music and microphones.
A baroque ballroom often has its own equipment, whereas a community hall or a terrace usually does not. The right event technology for your needs in Erlangen therefore depends on the venue and the type of event. Our range extends from sound and lighting equipment to presentation technology.
Conferences and seminars
For a conference, two wireless microphones and a small mixing console that controls each voice individually are usually sufficient. This ensures that every comment remains clear, even in the back row. Seminar rooms for smaller groups are available at locations like the Kulturpunkt Bruck. Presenters and laptop adapters are part of our conference technology.
Wedding at the Redoutensaal
At the Redoutensaal on Theaterplatz, couples celebrate in the ambiance of a baroque ballroom. The venue has its own equipment, so it is worth asking in advance what is already provided. For speeches and dancing, sound systems like our Medium sound package, designed for up to 160 guests, can supplement the hall's existing setup. As a keepsake for guests, you can also rent a photo booth with instant printing.
Birthday with DJ
For a milestone birthday in a hall, columns with built-in subwoofers provide punch on the dance floor. You can control music and announcements separately via the mixing console. Ceiling effects are provided by the ADJ Starburst, while warm light on the walls comes from battery-powered ambient lights. For larger parties, the E-Werk rents out its hall and club stage.
Barbecue by the Regnitz
The grills at the Regnitz meadows are free to use; for groups of 20 or more, registration with the city is required. Outdoors, the battery-powered SOUNDBOKS is a great help, and a power station can supply electricity for lights and small devices. Using stands from our accessories range, the sound is projected over the heads of your guests. In residential areas, music should be turned down after 10 p.m.
