Our warehouse is located at Friesenring 77. Pickups and returns can be made any day at the booked time, including Sundays. During handover, the team will show you how each piece of equipment works. Almost all customers pick up their gear themselves, some even by cargo bike.
Vincent is your contact at Friesenring and has years of experience in event technology rentals. His orders range from a SOUNDBOKS for a house party to complete sound systems for weddings. He checks the equipment before every rental. If you have trouble with a light setting in the evening, he is also available to help via message.
His experience informs his advice, ensuring that the sound system and lighting are perfectly suited to your venue. Nearly half of our customers book for two to three days. The SOUNDBOKS and small sound packages are our most popular items, followed by the presentation package. You can reach Vincent and his team daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. via phone or WhatsApp.

You can book delivery, setup, dismantling, and on-site support as separate services. We charge €59 per started hour of work, with one hour already included in the booking price. With on-site support, a team member will stay to assist until the end of the event. Collection after delivery is included at no extra cost.

We deliver to every district, from Kreuzviertel, Kinderhaus, and Gievenbeck to Hiltrup or Wolbeck. Around the city, we serve Greven, Telgte, and Senden. We also provide setup services throughout the rest of the Münsterland, whether at a farm or in a restaurant hall. Since travel time counts as working time, we will discuss longer distances with you in advance.
Nearly a quarter of our bookings come from companies or clubs. For presentations, the equipment is ready in your office or seminar room at the agreed time. Our video technology includes projectors, screens, and presenters, and as a full-service option, a technician can manage everything on-site.
Occasion: Semester start party in a shared apartment

The booking was made at short notice on a Friday. For pickup at Friesenring, the customer didn't come by car, but by cargo bike. After the demonstration, she strapped everything down with a few bungee cords and rode across the Promenade to her apartment.
Self-pickup was free of charge, and no deposit was required.
Pro tip: Small systems fit on a cargo bike; remember to bring bungee cords.
Occasion: Private party during a long weekend in August
Equipment: Large sound package, ambient lighting set, two effect spotlights, fog machine with fog fluid
The booking included delivery, setup, and collection. Vincent's team brought the equipment on Thursday and set it up on-site. The rental lasted for a good three days, and the equipment was collected at the end of the weekend.
The Large sound package consists of two HK Audio columns and a subwoofer. Additional fog fluid was included for the fog machine.
Tip: For a long weekend, renting for several days is worth it, as each additional day costs 15 percent of the base price.
A bright conservatory requires different equipment than a rustic barn or a shared apartment kitchen. The right event technology for your Münster venue depends on the size of the room, the number of guests, and the amount of daylight. Presentation by the harbor
The conservatory at HAFENdachs is filled with light, making a television more reliable than a projector for displaying slides to small groups. In a darkened seminar room, the presentation package shows its strengths, featuring a 120-inch screen for up to 100 people. For large congresses, the Halle Münsterland offers its own service.
Wedding at Gut Havichhorst
The barn at Gut Havichhorst can host up to 150 guests, for which the Medium sound package with two HK Audio Polar 12s is sufficient. Speeches are handled via wireless microphones. Battery-powered spotlights illuminate the walls without the need for cables, and additional lighting technology provides effects for the dance floor. With a photo booth and instant printing, the guest book fills up all on its own.
Birthday with Karaoke
For a birthday with singing, there are karaoke systems like the Karaoke Package with a projector, screen, and two wireless microphones. It is designed for parties of up to 80 people; you just need to bring your own laptop with the playlist. A single effect light from Showtec combines light patterns, color washes, and a strobe. In residential areas, music should be turned down after 10 p.m.
Outdoor parties
On a farm in the Münsterland or in your own garden, battery-powered technology is a great help. The SOUNDBOKS runs for many hours without a power outlet, and a power station can supply your lights and microphones. For protection against rain, there is a 14-meter diameter star tent, which is also available at Friesenring. In public spaces like the Aaseewiesen, a party with a sound system usually requires a permit.
