Renty rents out party tents, pavilions, and stage platforms starting at €59.90 per day for garden parties, weddings, and corporate events. You can book online and pick up for free, or have the equipment delivered and set up for you.
Renting event equipment works just like any other online booking: select your products, enter your city and rental period, see the price, and book—no deposit required. You can pick up your items for free and receive a briefing upon handover, or have a service representative handle the logistics, from delivery to setup. For your planning needs, you will have a dedicated contact person at each of our 28 locations across Germany and Austria.
Unlike a traditional event rental company, you can get tents, stages, and equipment all in one booking, as our range also includes sound equipment, lighting equipment, and media technology. Tables, chairs, and tableware are usually provided by the venue or caterer for most events. This way, your party equipment for garden parties, celebrations, or weddings stays with a single point of contact.
Three questions about your guests, the purpose of your event, and the weather, and we’ll determine which area is right for your event. Our recommendation will take you directly to everything available for your chosen date.
Event equipment is divided into three categories, each with its own page detailing all sizes, prices, and availability at your location. The right choice depends primarily on the purpose: a roof for all your guests, a roof for a specific station, or a platform for a performance.
A party tent brings your entire group under one roof. The inflatable tent is fully enclosed and accommodates 60–80 guests standing, but requires a constant power supply for its blower. The star tent has open sides and accommodates 80–100 guests standing or 60–80 seated at tables. Every tent must be dismantled if wind speeds reach 30 km/h, so please plan an alternative location. All models can be found under Party Tents.
A pavilion provides cover for a specific area and can be set up in about ten minutes without tools. Use the 3 x 3 m size for a bar, booth, or DJ station; the 3 x 6 m size provides enough space for a buffet and drinks side-by-side. On sunny days, leave the side panels off; if it rains, you can attach them on the windward side. Both sizes can be found under Pavilions.
The size of the stage depends on the program, not the number of guests. A single platform is sufficient for a speech, while a band requires a stage made of several platforms. On grass, load-distributing mats must be placed underneath; custom stages or stages with roofs are available upon request. Platforms and stages can be found under Stages.
Music, lighting, and projectors can be included in the same booking as the tent. Upon request, a service technician will deliver everything together and set it up, so the sound system is already in the tent when your guests arrive. Tables, chairs, and tableware are usually provided by the venue or caterer. Marquees for more than about 100 guests and stage construction for festivals are not part of our range.
Prices start at €59.90 per day for a stage platform, while pavilions and party tents start at €99. A rental day consists of a full 24 hours from the time of pickup or delivery, regardless of when your event begins. Day 1 is charged at the base price, and each additional day is 15% of that, meaning the price per day decreases with the duration of the rental.
The table shows the lowest starting price; each size has its own rate. When planning your rental duration, remember to include time for setup the day before and dismantling afterward: if you pick up on Friday and return on Monday, that counts as three rental days. Delivery, setup, and dismantling are available as a service for €59 per hour or part thereof, with travel time included in the working hours. The full pricing policy can be found under Prices.
You pick up the equipment from the location in your city and set it up yourself. Everything is prepared for plug-and-play, and there is a video tutorial for every device.

We bring the equipment to your venue and pick it up again after the event. You can handle the connection and setup yourself; every device is prepared for it.

We set up the equipment on-site, handle the cabling, configure the sound and lighting, and dismantle everything after the event. You receive a fully configured system ready to go.

A technician stays on-site during the event, responds to changes in the schedule, and handles the teardown afterward. The safest option for speeches and presentations.

How much does event equipment cost per day?
A stage platform is available from €59.90 per day, while pavilions and party tents start at €99. All prices are gross and include all-risk insurance. Day 1 is charged at the base price, and each additional 24-hour day is 15% of that; for example, a pavilion for three days costs €128.70. Self-collection is free, while delivery and setup cost €59 per hour or part thereof.
Can you book a tent, stage, and technology together?
Yes, in one booking and with a single point of contact. In addition to party tents, pavilions, and stages, we offer equipment for music and lighting, as well as projectors and photo booths. Upon request, a service technician will deliver the tent and technology and set both up, so the music is already in the tent when your guests arrive.
Is the event equipment delivered and set up?
Yes, if you wish, you can add this service to your booking. A service technician will bring the tent, pavilion, or stage on the day of the event, set it up, and dismantle it afterward. This costs €59 per hour or part thereof, with travel time included in the working hours. Self-collection is free of charge and includes a briefing. If you have little experience with tents, we recommend booking the setup service.
Which category is right for my event?
That depends on the number of guests and what needs to go under the roof. For planning purposes, the guide on this page asks for these details and directs you straight to the right party tent, pavilion, or stage.
What kind of events is the equipment intended for?
For family celebrations, club events, and company events with up to about 100 guests under one roof. Larger events require a marquee, which we do not provide, just as we do not provide stage construction for festivals. By using pavilions as stations for a buffet or ticket booth, you gain additional space alongside the tent.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
A closed tent or a pavilion with side walls helps against a rain shower. If a storm is forecast, the tent stays packed away and the celebration moves to an alternative location. You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the rental period; after that, a staggered fee of 25–100% of the order total applies.
Is the event equipment insured?
Yes, all-risk insurance is included in every rental price; there is generally no security deposit. In the event of an insured loss, your liability is limited to €250 per affected product, and the insurance covers the rest. In the case of theft or robbery, the deductible is 25% of the loss amount, with a minimum of €250 per product.
How far in advance should you book?
For summer weekends, book as early as possible to get the best selection, as each tent is only available once on any given date. You can see if your date is still available after entering your city and the date. For questions in advance, you can reach us daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. by phone and WhatsApp.
For garden parties and milestone birthday celebrations, there is usually a tent over the guests, often accompanied by a pavilion for the grill or drinks. Setup takes place in the morning, leaving time in the afternoon for decorations, music, and lighting.
For a garden wedding, everything comes together: the tent for dinner and dancing, a pavilion for the champagne reception, and a platform so that those at the back tables can see during the speeches. You can find out which technology will accompany the day from the ceremony to the last dance under wedding technology.
For club events and company summer parties, the program is more extensive: a stage for a band and speeches, a large tent, and several pavilions as stations for the ticket booth, drinks, and food. If you get the tent, stage, and technology from one source, you can handle the entire organization in one conversation with a single point of contact.

Tent and technology from a single provider: speakers and lights are already set up in the party tent before the guests arrive.
Enter the number of guests to see how much space you need for tables, the buffet, and the dance floor.
A guide and checklist for an outdoor celebration, from the invitation to the teardown.
Ambient lighting for tent walls and decorations, party lighting for the dance floor in the evening.
You can find music, lighting, and projectors for the same event under event technology.
